Why water comes by truck

Clean Water for Gaza

Gaza's pipes still exist, but most of what moved water through them doesn't. Pumping stations and desalination plants need power, and power is mostly gone. So clean drinking water is trucked in and handed out where families are.

Send 10 litres for $20, as many times as you like. Or fund a full 1,000-litre truck for $300, a good target for a family, masjid or office to fill together.

We distribute at the end of each month. Within 4–6 weeks of giving, you'll receive a photo or video of the distribution your gift was part of, by email or WhatsApp.

How does the process work after I place an order?

You'll get an order confirmation by email. Your order then goes to our team on the ground, who distribute at the end of each month. Within 4–6 weeks, we'll send you an update by email or WhatsApp.

When will my order be fulfilled?

We distribute at the end of each month, so allow 4–6 weeks from your order. In some areas, such as Gaza, border restrictions and security clearances can cause delays. If a distribution can't go ahead in the current month, your order goes out the following month.

Will I receive updates or proof of impact?

Yes. Within 4–6 weeks of giving, you'll receive a photo or video of the distribution your gift was part of, by email or WhatsApp. These show the distribution itself, not individual names or certificates.

Can I make a purchase on behalf of someone else?

Yes, on products that have a field for a name. Enter their name there when you order. Names can't be changed once your order is confirmed, so please check the spelling.

What is the refund policy?

You can cancel for a full refund shortly after ordering, as long as we haven't passed your order to our ground team. After that, refunds aren't possible. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days. To ask, message us on WhatsApp or use our enquiry form.
