You can cancel a gift for a full refund shortly after ordering, as long as we haven't yet passed your order to our team on the ground. Once it has been passed on, the food, water or goods are bought and distributed in your name, so refunds aren't possible.

Monthly gifts can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future gifts and doesn't refund ones already sent.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days. To ask for one, email admin@tawfeeqinternational.com with your order number.
