Gifts made on thetawfeeq.com are charitable gifts, not purchases of goods delivered to you. Each gift is distributed by our team on the ground in the country shown. You'll receive a photo or video of the distribution your gift was part of, normally within 4 to 6 weeks. Water pumps take 6 to 8 weeks to build.

Prices are set in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency at the current exchange rate. Where conditions on the ground, such as border closures in Gaza, stop a distribution going ahead in a given month, your gift goes out the following month.

Names given on behalf of someone can't be changed after your order is confirmed. Refunds follow our refund policy. Questions: admin@tawfeeqinternational.com.
